Overview

The DIN Standard Ball Check Valve is an automatic check valve designed and manufactured in strict compliance with German Industrial Standards (DIN), utilizing a freely floating ball as the closing element. The valve body is typically constructed from materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, or cast iron, with its structural design conforming to DIN series standards (e.g., DIN 3356). The valve opens when the forward flow of the medium pushes the ball away from the seat and automatically closes tightly through the combined action of the ball's own weight and reverse pressure.This valve features low flow resistance and sensitive opening/closing performance, and can be installed either horizontally or vertically. It is suitable for applications involving water, steam, oil, and various industrial media. Widely used in chemical, energy, water treatment, and other industries within DIN-compliant pipeline systems, it serves as a standard solution for preventing medium backflow.

1. Strict Compliance with DIN Standards The design, manufacturing, and inspection processes fully adhere to DIN standards (such as DIN EN 12266, DIN 3202), ensuring complete compatibility with German-standard piping systems in terms of pressure ratings, structural dimensions, flange connections, and material requirements.
