Overview
The HH49X Micro Resistance Slow Closing Butterfly Check Valve can be used in water supply pipelines for clean water, sewage, seawater, and other media. They prevent backflow and effectively limit destructive water hammer, ensuring pipeline safety. They feature a novel structure, small size, light weight, low fluid resistance, reliable sealing, smooth opening and closing, wear resistance, long service life, and oil pressure and slow closing unaffected by the media, resulting in good energy-saving performance.
Features
1.Compact & lightweight: Structural length is ~1/3 that of swing check valves, enabling easy installation/transport and space savings.
2.Superior slow-closing: Equipped with oil-controlled slow-closing mechanism, unaffected by pipeline medium. Disc closes fast then slowly, effectively preventing destructive water hammer and protecting pipeline/pump safety.
3.Excellent sealing: Rubber soft seal ensures reliable sealing, wear resistance and long service life.
4.Smooth, noiseless operation: Rubber buffering enables vibration-free, quiet opening/closing, reducing system interference.
5.Low flow resistance & energy-saving: Lower flow resistance and pressure loss than older check valves during medium flow, delivering significant energy savings.
