1) Pneumatic ball valve before and after the pipe line is ready. Before and after the pipeline should be coaxial, the two should be parallel to the flange sealing surface. Pipeline should be able to withstand the weight of pneumatic pipe valve, or pipe must be equipped with the appropriate support.
2) To clean and purge valve before and after the pipe, removed the oil pipeline, welding slag, and all other impurities.
(3) Check valve pneumatic pipe symbol to identify pneumatic pipe valve intact. Fully open the valve fully closed several times confirmed that it is working. (4) Remove the air pipe ball protection on both ends of the flange pieces.
(5) Check the valve clearance hole may have dirt, and then clean the valve hole. Even between the valve seat and the ball only small particles of foreign matter may damage the valve seat sealing surface.
